I was born and raised in the sleepy country town of Clayton, North Carolina which sits in the central part of the Deep South. Having a love for administration, I finished my bachelor’s in Psychology & Human Services and my Master’s in Human Services & Executive Leadership. For over 8 years, I was the Administrative Director & Virtual Assistant of a private family owned Christian Counseling Practice. Wanting to broaden my horizon, I also ventured into the trade business and was an Office Manager for a local family owned roofing company.
All of these years, I’ve been passionate with wanting to make sure small businesses gain the online exposure that they deserve, promoting their own events, gaining new customers and a larger fan base. Having seen the blood, sweat and tears that goes into a small family business, I understand how incredibly difficult it is to keep reaching out for a larger market base- especially when you have so many irons in the fire.
A lot of folks may not be comfortable or used to reaching out to customers in the online community. It can be very intimidating for a small business to make that jump. Rest assured, it’s a fairly easy process and I want to keep it simple for YOU, the small business owner.
